Battery Electric
Research continues to improve the battery life, range, overall performance, efficiency, and recharging time of battery electric vehicles battery electric vehicles (BEV). The new generation of BEVs delivers greater performance while offering similar practicality, in terms of the use of space and the weight limit, as conventional vehicles. These vehicles have zero tailpipe emissions and, as a result, can also be classified as zero-emission vehicles (ZEV).
