GBA Plus Data Collection Plan:

Transport Canada is working with the central agencies to collect data to help us assess the success rate in EDI communities. We also want to develop a better understanding of market availability in technical-related fields (like the aviation industry).

Transport Canada will thoroughly analyse all staffing tools in order to understand market availability and structural barriers for EDI participants. The Crown Corporations and Portfolio Directorate uses a GBA+ lens when they analyse any new initiatives or funding that impact Crown Corporations in the transportation portfolio.
